Sunday Leagues
Fall • Winter • Spring Sessions
Our Sunday Development Leagues are the first step in our Performance Pathway, designed for beginner–intermediate athletes in grades 6–8 and 9–12 who want to build skills, gain confidence, and play in a fun, supportive environment—without the pressure of tryouts.
Each session includes 45 minutes of skill development and 45 minutes of match play. Players can request up to two teammates, and every team has a dedicated coach.
Fall: Sept 14 – Nov 2 @ Royal Oak Middle School
Winter: Jan 11 – Mar 8 @ Lambrick Secondary School
Spring: Apr 19 – Jun 7 @ Lambrick Secondary School
Cost: $319 + ~4.9% processing fee (includes T-shirt/jersey)
Group Size: ~32 athletes (8 per team)
